In the first quarter of 2025, the top music and podcast applications on the Android platform in Brazil demonstrated varied performance trends, as analyzed by Sensor Tower.

Spotify: Music and Podcasts saw a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $88K in mid-March. Downloads fluctuated around 200K, with a slight dip in late February but recovering by the end of March. Active users remained robust, hovering around 41M throughout the quarter.

YouTube Music did not report revenue for this period, but downloads showed significant activity, peaking at over 90K in early February before gradually declining to around 48K by the end of March. Active users remained stable, averaging around 20M.

Music Downloader All Mp3 Songs also reported no revenue, but weekly downloads varied, reaching a peak of 62K in mid-January and stabilizing around 54K by the end of March. Active users experienced some fluctuations but remained over 130K.

Deezer: Music & Podcast Player experienced a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $53K in early February. Downloads spiked to over 60K in mid-March, while active users showed a slight decline from 5.4M to just below 4.9M by the end of the quarter.

Finally, RadiosNet maintained consistent revenue just above $200 weekly, with downloads peaking at 45K in mid-January. Active users peaked at over 1.7M in February before stabilizing around 1.5M by the end of March.
